Unique technological resources are a guarantee that we can build tools from 5 kg to 50 tons within shortest lead times to the strictest quality standards. The company’s production facilities have over 700 units of manufacturing equipment, including 5-axis high speed milling centres with an operating zone of up to 6,000 × 4,000 × 3,000 mm. For spotting and tryout we have over 30 presses with pad sizes up to 5,000 × 2,600 mm and clamping force up to 1500 tf.
We also have modern equipment for milling plastic; spark erosion and wire cutting machines; coordinate measuring machines (MAUSER, ZEISS and MORA). The tool shop has electric overhead cranes with a load capacity of up to 50 t.
If your tooling needs maintenance or repairs (no matter where or by whom it was manufactured), our team of specialists can do the troubleshooting, measuring and gauging on site, and can determine the scope and content of repairs.
If you have a pool of dies / molds, we can negotiate a contract for maintenance and repairs of your tools on special terms.

In 2011 we launched a new fluid cell press QUINTUS FlexForm: it is a state-of-the-art prototyping and small batch production system, offering high quality with very low tooling cost and much fewer finishing operations.
The press is complemented with a 5-axis laser cutter. Tools for the fluid cell press are much cheaper than a conventional die, and the lead time is much shorter, which makes this technology an ideal solution for the production of a single part or small batches of high quality parts from sheet metal. The maximum size of the part is 1,800 × 3,600 × 350 mm, maximum metal thickness is 0.5 – 15 mm.
